for Petitioner in the above-captioned matter, being duly sworn make
the followinc affidavit regarding compliance with the Order of Court
of June 6, 2012:
1. Upon receiving the Order of Court of June 6, 2012,
Petitioner contacted Robert Langan of uFinancial Group, the financial
advisor who maintained the accounts for the deceased.
2. Counsel for Petitioner was informed by Robert Langan that
six (6) certi:~ied copies were required to proceed wii~h the transfer of
the funds for the minors.
3. Counsel for the Petitioner immediately ordered these copies
from the Register of Wills.
4. The copies were received by the counsel of the Petitioner on
June 19, 2012.

5. Counsel for Petitioner hand delivered they>e certified copies
to Robert Langan on June 20, 2012.
6. Robert Langan is endeavoring to accomplish. the transfer of
the money into an interest bearing savings certificate at a federally
insured bank or savings institution having an office in Cumberland
County. It is expected that this will not be accomplished by June
26t~, however it is expected to be accomplished shortly thereafter.
7. Counsel for Petitioner will file an additional Affidavit
certifying compliance with this order upon complet'on of the
