Execution and Claim for Exemption Form to a person representing themselves to be Jennifer hughes co
owner of business, who accepted as "Adult Person in Charge" for the within named Defendant, to wit:
Hughes Contracting, Inc. at 14 Cardinal Drive, South Middleton Township, Carlisle, PA 17015, informed
person of contents of same.
08/08/2012 Levy completed on this case August 8, 2012 by Deputies William Cline & Tim Black.

08/31/2012 06:28 PM -Deputy Ryan Burgett, being duly sworn according to law, states service was performed by
posting a true copy of the requested Sheriffs Sale Bill, in the above titled action, upon the property
located at 1787 W. Trindle Road, Suite 801, Middlesex Township, Carlisle, PA 17015, Cumberland
County. Copy of sale bill mailed to plaintiff's attorney 09-04-12.

09/17/2012 Ronny R. Anderson, Sheriff, who being duly sworn according to law, says that due and legal notice having
been given according to law, he sold the personal property of Hughes Contracting, Inc. for the sum of $
1.00, to Douglas White, Plant Manager for Tri-Boro Construction Supplies, Inc., it being the highest bid
and price quoted for the same. Date and Time of sale: Monday, September 17, 2012 at 1000 hours, at
1787 W Trindle Road, Suite 801, Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17013.
10/24/2012 Ronny R. Anderson, Sheriff, who being duly sworn according to law, states this writ of execution is
returned STAYED, per request from plaintiff's attorney.
