STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
WHEREAS, William S. Brewer, II and Nargisa Niyazova~Brewer, of Pennsylvania,
is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract with Michael Manning and Associates of
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, for the erection ora dwdhngupon a lot of land situate as follows:
ALL THAT CERTAIN p~ce o~ parcel of land situate in the Township o{' East
Pennsboro, Cumberland County, Pem~sylvania, being more fully described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point, said point being located on the dedicated fight-of-way line of
Golfview Drive at the dividing line of Lot No. 81 andEot No, 82} thence by the same the following two
(2) courses and distances: 1) South 51 degrees 53 minutes 05 seconds East, a distance of 150.00 feet
to a point; 2) North g4 degrees 52 minutes 19 seconds East, a distance of 43.34 feet to a point on the
legal right-of-way line of Acri Road; thence by the same South 05 degrees 07 minutes 41 seconds East,
a d/stance of 178.00 feet to a point on the dividing l/ne of Lot No. 283A and Lot No. 82; thence by the
same South 79 degrees 27 minutes 58 seconds Weal a distance of 145,24 feetto a point on the dividing
line of Lot No, 83 and Lot No. 82; thence by the same North 23 degrees 14 minutes 13 seconds Weal,
a distance of 260.93 fee~ to a pein} on the dedicated right--of--way Frae of Gob°view Drive; thence by
same by a curve to the left, having a radius of 175.00 feet, an arc distance of 87.50 feet to a point, the

BEING Lot No. 82 as shown on a Final Subdivision Plan of Hickory Ridge, Phase 111 -
Revised, recorded in Plan Book 88, Page 88.
CONTAINING 43,327.4 square feet.
UNDER AND SUBJECT TO all easements of record,
NOW, the (--)' -- day of September, 2004, at the time of and immediately before
the execution of the principal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said William S.
Brewer, II and Nargisa Niyazova-B~ewer, to the said Michael Mannmgand Associates to commence
work on the said building or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making &the said
contract with Michael Manning and ,associates and the further consideration of One Dollar, to Michael
Manning and Associates paid by William S. Brewer, I1 and Nargisa Niyazova-Brewer,/t is agreed that
no lien shall be filed against the b~ldir~g by the cont~tor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the
material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or exlra labor or
materials purchased for the erection of said building~ the right to file Such li em being expressly wai red.
