FIRST: I direct the payment of all my legal debts, funeral expenses including my grave marker and all expenses of my last illness, state, federal estate and inheritance taxes and administration costs shall be paid as soon as may be conveniently done following my decease leaving all specific bequests free of tax to the legatee. SECOND: I give and bequeath to my sons and daughter, Zachary U. Geesaman and Bennett P. Geesaman and Rachael A. Geesaman if they are over the age of twenty five (25) years, all my stock in McCune Lumber Company. If they have not attained the age of twenty five (25) years, then I give and bequeath the McCune Lumber Company stock to Kenneth L. Geesaman, Sr. as trustee for my sons and daughter, to keep the same for them in trust until they attain the age of twenty five (25) years at which time all interest in the said stock shall be given to them. I further direct that my said trustee allow my sons and daughter after they attain the age of 18 years to allow them all voting rights in the said stock. I further give and bequeath to my sons all my sports memorabolia. THIRD: I give and bequeath to my son, Zachary U. Geesaman the pocket watch that belonged to grandfather Joseph Brown. FOURTH: I give, devise and bequeath the rest and residue of my estate, be it real, mixed or personal property to my wife, Andrea J. Geesaman. FIFTH: If my wife should predecease me or if we should die in a common disaster, then in either of those said events, I give and bequeath the rest and residue of my estate, be it real, mixed or personal, to my children, in equal shares, share and share alike, per stirpes. SIXTH: If any of the beneficiaries under this my Last Will and Testament are under the age of twenty five (25) years, hereinafter called minors, then in that event, I give, devise and bequeath said minors share to Lucinda Varner, as Trustee of my estate to invest and reinvest the same during the minority of the said child with the following powers in addition to those currently given under law: a. The power to use the income from the said minor's share for the support, health, maintenance and education of the said minor. b. The power to use the principal if the income should prove insufficient for the support, health, maintenance and education of the said minor. c. I direct that my Trustee may distribute to any minor when they attain the age of 16 years the sum of $10,000.00 to purchase an automobile. d. I direct that my Trustee pay to the minor when they attain the age of twenty one years but prior to the date when they attain the age of twenty five years any monies requested by the minor in an amount which does not exceed the minor's prior years income. e. The power to distribute to the said minor the share of the then remaining principal and income upon the attainment of the age of Twenty Five (25) years, upon a good and valid release without the necessity of an adjudication by the Orphan's Court. SEVENTH: If my wife should predecease me or if we should die in a common disaster, then in either of those said events, I hereby nominate and appoint, Lucinda Varner as the guardian of any minor children. EIGHTH: I nominate and appoint my wife, Andrea ]. Geesaman, as the Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament. If she should fail to serve or be unable to serve, then in either of those said events, I nominate and appoint, Lucinda Varner as the Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament.
