hereag, Meadowland Homes Inc ("Contractor") of 1800 Two Turn Road, Shippensburg, PA 17257,
into a contract with Neil D. O'Donnell ("Owner") of 160 Neil Road, Shippensburg, PA 17257, for the erection or
of improvements to a SINGLE FAMILY DWELLING upon the lot of ground known as 160 Neil Road, Shipp
17257Southampton Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, described in Exhibit "A" hereof, of wl

to be legally bound hereby, does hereby covenant, promise and agree, for Contractor and any and all sub
materialmen, laborers and parties acting for, through or under Contractor, that no mechanics' lien or claim or
claim of any kind whatsoever shall be filed or maintained against the building, improvements, lot of ground
hereof, or the curtilage or curtilages appurtenant thereto by anyone, and that all subcontractors, materialmen
shall look to and hold Contractor personally liable for all subcontracts, materials furnished and work and labor d

be effective with respect to work done and materials furnished under any supplemental contract for extra
erection, construction and completion of the building as well as to any work and labor done and materials furn
the contract aforesaid.
Zinb, in order to give the Owner full power and authority to protect Owner and the building, improvemei
of ground, against any and all claims filed by Contractor or anyone acting under or through Contractor in viola
foregoing covenant, Contractor hereby irrevocably authorizes and empowers any Attorney of any Court of Comi
of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to appear for Contractor in any of the said Courts of Common Pleas as a
Contractor and in Contractor's name, mark satisfied of record at the cost and expense of the Contractor,
subcontractor or materialman, any and all claims or claim, liens or lien, filed by or for the Contractor, or any sub
or materialman, or in the name of any one or more of them against the building, improvements, lot of ground c
thereof, and, for such act or acts, this shall be good and sufficient warrant and authority, and a reference to
Term and Number in which this instrument shall have been filed shall be a sufficient exhibit of the autho
contained to warrant such action, and the Contractor does hereby remise, release, and quit claim all rights and
of errors, defects and imperfections whatsoever in entering such satisfaction of in anywise touching or conc
same.

BEGINNING at a point in the center of the Cleversburg Road at corner of lands now or formerly of J.H. Staver an Lester
Craig; thence along the center line of said road, South 18 degrees East, 100 feet to a point; thence by land now r formerly
of Guy Johnston and Kearn E. Johnston, his wife, of which this was formerly a part, West 200 feet to a point; the ce by the
same, North 18 degrees West, 100 feet to a point; thence by land now or formerly of Lester Craig, East 200 feet to the
place of beginning.
BEING the same real estate that Neil D. O'Donnell, by his Deed dated June 29, 2009, and recorded July 8, 2009 in the
Office of the Recorder of Deeds for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, as Instrument No. 200923715, granted a d
conveyed unto Neil D. O'Donnell and Lisa Guido-O'Donnell, husband and wife.
