Vberen, The Rutt Family Sonshine, LP (buyer) KCH Holding, Inc. (borrower), hereinafter called the Owner, is
about to execute contemporaneously with Keystone Custom Homes, Inc. of 227 Granite Run Drive, Suite 100, ancasi
PA 17601, hereinafter called the Contractor, a contract for the erection or construction of a SINGLE FAMILY D ELLII
upon the lot of ground known as 10 Hunt Place, Mechanicsburg, PA , Pennsylvania, described in Exhibit "A" hereof,
which The Rutt Family Sonshine, LP is the title holder of record, as more particularly described in Deed Book
Page _;and

,00bn, June 28, 2012, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal contract, and before
any authority has been given by the Owner to the Contractor to commence work on said building or improvement, to
purchase materials for the same, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between said parties as part of sa contract
and for the consideration therein set forth, nether the undersigned Contractor, any Sub-contractor or material m n, nor any
other person furnishing labor or materials to the said Contractor under the contract entered into between said p rties shall
file a lien for work done or material furnished to said building, improvements or any part thereof.
Thi!5 stipulation is made and intended to be filed with the Prothonotary within 10 days after date in
with the requirements of the Act of August 24, 1963, P.L. 497, as amended,

All that certain lot or tract of ground situate in Silver Spring Township, Cumberland County, PA, more particularly
bounded and described as follows, to wit:
Beginning at a point on the southern right-of-way line of Hunt Place at the northeast corner of Lot 32; thence along said
right-of-way line by a curve to the left, said curve having a chord bearing and distance of South seventy (7) degrees
nineteen (19) minutes twenty-five seconds (25) East for a distance of ninety-nine and eighty five hundredths (99.85) feet,
a radius of five hundred twenty-five and zero hundredths (525.00) feet and an arc distance of one-hundred (100.00) feet
to a point being the northwest corner of Lot 34; thence along Lot 34 and through a fifty (50) foot Atlantic Pipeline
Easement South nine (09) degrees thirty (30) minutes eleven (11) seconds West for a distance of two hundre nine and
seventy nine hundredths (209.79) feet to a point at lands N/F of Keystone Worship Center, Deed Book 122, Page 241;
thence along said lands and through said easement North fifty four degrees (54) fifty-seven (57) minutes twenty-seven
(27) seconds West for a distance of one-hundred fifty-eight (158.28) feet to a point being the southeast corner of Lot 32;
thence along Lot 32 and through said easement North twenty-five (25) degrees eight (08) minutes zero (00) East for a
distance of one-hundred sixty-five and thirty (165.30) feet to a point, being the place of beginning.
Containing 23,037 square feet. (0.53 acres)
