KNOW AL,L MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that THE NATURE CONSERVANCY,
of 4245 North Fairfax Drive, Suite 100, Arlington, Virginia, being a specific legatee under
the Last Will and Testament of David R. Powell, deceased, which was filed for probate in
the Office of the Register of Wills of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, hereby
acknowledges that it has this day had and received from Raymond Jeffrey Powell, Executor
of the Last Will and Testament of the said David R. Powell, deceased, Five Thousand and
00/100 ($5,000.00) Dollars in full satisfaction of the bequest made to it in Paragraph 3B of
the Last Will and Testament referred to herein.
AND THEREFORE, the undersigned, in consideration of the aforesaid distribution
to it, and intending to be legally bound hereby, does hereby remise, release, quitclaim, and
forever discharge the said Raymond Jeffrey Powell, Executor, his heirs and assigns, of and
from the bequest of Five Thousand and 00/100 ($5,000.00) Dollars made to it and of and
from any and all actions, suits, payments, accounts, reckonings, claims, and demands
whatsoever, for or by reason of making this distribution to it under the terms of the Last Will
and Testament of the said David R. Powell, deceased.
