Pennsylvania Inheritance Tax Return and one (1) :Cnventory, as
well as two (2) additional copies of the first page of the
Pennsylvania Inheritance Return and one (1) additional copy of
the first page of the Inventory. Also enclosed :is an original
and one (1) copy of a Status Report form relative to this Estate.
Please time-stamp the additional first pages and return them to
our office, along with the appropriate receipts, in the enclosed
self-addressed and stamped envelope.
We are enclosing a check in the amount of $30.00; made
payable to "Register of Wills", same being the f_Lling fees for
the Return and Inventory.
