referenced action.
Mr. Corica tiled a Bankruptcy on 3/13/2014 in the U.S. Middle District Court of
Pennsylvania.
The federal automatic stay is now in effect. Under §362 of the Bankruptcy
Code, prohibited actions by creditors include contacting the debtor to demand
repayment, or taking any action against the debtor to collect money owed. If
unauthorized actions are taken by a creditor against a debtor, the court may
penalize that creditor.
Kindly cease and desist from any further action that may be adverse to Michael D.

UPON CONSIDERATION OF the Debtors' Amended Motion to avoid, cancel, and release a
Judicial Lien, it is hereby ordered and directed as follows:
1. The Judicial Lien held by Tony Diehl and entered of record in the County of
Cumberland, Pennsylvania, Case No. 12-4195 is hereby avoided, cancelled,
and released.
2. The Prothonotary of Cumberland County shall avoid, cancel, and release of
record said lien.
3. Further, the Recorder of Deeds in and for the County of Cumberland is
directed forthwith to take whatever steps are necessary and appropriate to
release, cancel and avoid the within referenced Judicial Lien and remove
same from the local judgment index.
4. Tony Diehl shall cancel and avoid the judgment entered of record in
Cumberland County against the Debtor.
