AND NOW, this 9th day of July, 2012, after hearing testimony on the Petition To Admit a
Copy of the Original Will of Beryl C. Gardner to Probate, and the burden of proof having been met,
the document purported to be a photocopy of the Last Will and Testament of Beryl C. Gardner,
deceased, dated December 29, 1993, is admitted to probate. Letters Testamentary shall be granted to
Elizabeth S. Gardner.
Elizabeth S. Gardner shall have all the rights and duties of a fiduciary under the laws of
Pennsylvania and shall proceed with the administration of this estate according to law.
