AND NOW, this ~~~day of July, 2012, upon consideration of the annexed
petition and upon consideration of the filing of Consents by all of the heirs of Garnet J.
Mackling agreeing to the requested relief, it is hereby ORDERED and DECREED that,
pursuant to 20 Pa.C.S.A. §5536(b)(2), James L. Macking is authorized as Guardian of the
Estate of Garnet J. Mackling, an incapacitated person, to execute a deed conveying the
real estate situate in Dickinson Township, Cumberland County Pennsylvania, known as
1345 Goodyear Road, Gardners, Pennsylvania, from James L. Mackling and Garnet J.
Mackling, husband and wife, as tenants by the entirety to James L. Mackling in his sole
individual capacity.
