LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
BE IT REMEMBERED THAT
I, ROBERT W. KRALY, a resident of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
being of sound mind, memory and understanding, do make, publish and
declare this to be my LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT, hereby revoking any and
all Wills and Codicils previously made by me.
I declaze that I am not married, my beloved wife, MILDRED C. KRALY,
having predeceased me, and that I have two surviving stepchildren, BRUCE S.
WAGNER, and ARLENE J. NEUMYER. My stepson, DONALD F. WAGNER, and
my stepdaughter, SHIRLEY C. ZOOK, have predeceased me.
II
I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses shall be paid from my
residuary estate as soon as practicable after my decease.
III
I direct that all taxes that may be assessed in consequence of my death,
of whatever nature and by whatever jurisdiction imposed, shall be paid from
my residuary estate as a part of the expense of the administration of my estate.
IV
I give and bequeath the sum of Four Thousand ($4,000.00) Dollars to each

of the two sons and the two daughters of SHIRLEY C. ZOOK, per capita.
VI
I give and bequeath the sum of Thirty Thousand ($30,000.00) Dollars to
my stepdaughter, ARLENE J. NEUMYER, per capita.
VII
I give and bequeath the sum of Ten Thousand ($10,000.00) Dollars to the
Mechanicsburg High School Alumni Association.
VIII
I give and bequeath the sum of Ten Thousand ($10,000.00) Dollars to St.
Paul Lutheran Church Cemetery (Stone Church) which is located in Silver Spring
Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. It is my desire that these funds
be used to maintain the cemetery lots where I will be interred with my beloved
wife, MILDRED C. KRALEY.

I give, devise and bequeath all of the rest, residue and remainder of my
property, whether real or personal, wherever situate, including any property over
which I may have a power of appointment, to a Trust which I am establishing for
the benefit of my stepdaughter, ARLENE J. NEUMYER and her two daughters,
PATRICIA GOTTSHALL and SHIRLENE KLINGER. The residuary beneficiaries of
the Trust will be local charitable or non-profit organizations as selected by my
Trustee.

TRUST
I appoint, MURREL R. WALTERS III, ESQUIRE, as Trustee of the property
that I have given to my stepdaughter, ARLENE J. NEUMYER.
A. If MURREL R. WALTERS III, ESQUIRE, is unable or unwilling to act
as Trustee, he shall have the power to appoint a successor Trustee.
B. The Trust shall be maintained during the lifetime of my
stepdaughter, ARLENE J. NEUMYER or for a minimum of ten years. If ARLENE
J. NEUMYER should die during the first ten years of the administration of the
Trust then the monthly payments that she would have received shall be divided
equally between her daughters, PATRICIA GOTTSHALL and SHIRLENE
KLINGER.
C. The sum of Two Thousand ($2,000.00) Dollars shall be paid each
month to ARLENE J. NEUMYER. Monthly payments shall be adjusted upwardly
six percent (6%) on an annual basis.
D. The Trustee shall have the discretion to pay any extraordinary
medical bills which ARLENE J. NEUMYER might incur and which are not
covered by insurance. The Trustee shall also have the power to pay other
extraordinary expenses which he deems to be appropriate. The Trustee shall
have the power to invade principal to make any regular scheduled payment or to
pay for any extraordinary expenses. The decision of the Trustee as to such
payments shall be final.
E. Payments to beneficiaries shall be made for a minimum of ten years.
If ARLENE J. NEUMYER survives for more than ten years then payments shall be
made to her during her entire lifetime. If ARLENE J. NEUMYER fails to survive
for ten years then the payments that she would have received shall be paid
equally to her daughters, PATRICIA GOTTSHALL and SHIRLENE KLINGER. At
the later of her death or the passage of ten years of payments any balance
remaining in the Trust shall be paid to charitable or non-profit organizations as
selected by my Trustee.
F. The beneficiaries of this Trust shall not have any right to alienate,
encumber or hypothecate her or his interest in the principal or income of the
Trust in any manner, nor shall any interest be subject to claims of her or his
creditor or liable to attachment, execution or other process of law.
G. In order to carry out the purposes of this Trust established by this
Will, the Trustee, in addition to all other powers granted by this Will, or by law,
shall have the following powers over the trust estate, subject to any limitation
specified elsewhere in this Will:
1) To retain any property received by the Trustee estate for
as long as the Trustee considers it advisable.
2) To spend funds for the maintenance and repair of real
property.
3) To sell at public or private sale, exchange or lease for a
period of time any real or personal property and give
options for sale of the lease.
4) To execute and deliver any deeds, leases, assignments
or other instruments as may be necessary to carry out the
provisions of this Trust.
5) To borrow money and to mortgage or pledge any real
or personal property.
6) The Trustee shall maintain accurate records and accounts
and shall render statements to my beneficiary hereunder
showing receipts and disbursements of principal and
income no less frequently than annually. The Trustee
shall serve without bond and shall receive fair and
reasonable compensation for administration of this Trust.
7) To distribute property in kind.
8) To do all other acts that are in his judgment necessary or
desirable for the proper management, investment and
distribution of the Trust estate.
XI
It is my desire that I be interred in the St. Paul Lutheran Church (Stone
Church) Cemetery on Wertzville Road, beside my wife, MILDRED C. KRALY.
XII
I nominate, constitute and appoint MURREL R. WALTERS III, as Executor
of this LAST WILL, to serve without bond.
