An account has been listed for audit in the Orphans' Court July 11, 2012 in the Cumberland County Courthouse Carlisle, Pennsylvania. 2. Pursuant to Paragraph 6 of the last will and testament of Lucinda C. Gossett a trust was established December 12, 2002. The corpus of the trust was the balance for distribution in the Lucinda C. Gossett estate in the amount of $1,216,004.76. The trustee was John M. Eakin who was directed to distribute the trust proceeds to charitable institutions designated by him during the 10 years of the trust. The account is for the period from December 12, 2002 until December 31, 2011. No beneficiaries have been designated since December 31, 2002. The corpus of the trust as of December 31, 2011 was $571,114.65. There are no unresolved issues to be decided by the court. 3. The name of the fiduciary is John M. I direct the payment of all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my decease as the same can conveniently be done. 2. The term of the trust shall be ten (10) years from the date the trust corpus is received from decedent's estate; in the event the corpus together with interest has not been distributed by that date, the term of the trust shall be extended for a reasonable time to permit the trustee to wind up the trust by making complete distribution to Section 501(c)(3) entities and file a final accounting with tYie Court of Common Pleas, Orphans' Court Division. p.) I authorize, empower and direct the trustee to make payments of principal and interest from time to time during the continuance of the trust to those beneficiaries which in his sole discretion are deemed to be qualified recipients provided that all distribution shall be for tax exempt purposes and none other.
