the CRUT provision. Our argument is that we can't take the
CRUT provision on its own. You need to look at the entire
document that she has expressed an intent in the document
she wants to take good care of her son for life.
THE COURT: Okay. And that document is
admitted into evidence. It is there for this Court to read.
And the reason you're having her look into this is because
it's her interpretation. I think the document speaks for
itself. So either way you want to look at it, I'm

A. I believe it covered most, if not all, of our
college expenses.
MR. MCCREA: Thank you. I have no further
questions.
THE COURT: Any redirect?
MR. BOSWELL: None.
THE COURT: You may step down, sir. Thank
you.
THE WITNESS: Thank you.
MR. BOSWELL: I have -- Ind like to call Mr.
McCrea briefly.
MR. MCCREA: Would you like me to bring that
exhibit along?
MR. BOSWELL: Yes, yes.
THE COURT: Please raise your right hand.
MR. MCCREA: My wife made me get a new pair of

used to them.
THE COURT: And you get to where them twice

MR. MCCREA: Twice.
THE COURT: Great purchase.
