Our argument is that we can't take the CRUT provision on its own. You need to look at the entire document that she has expressed an intent in the document she wants to take good care of her son for life. THE COURT: Okay. And that document is admitted into evidence. It is there for this Court to read. And the reason you're having her look into this is because it's her interpretation. I think the document speaks for itself. So either way you want to look at it, I'm sustaining the objection. MR. BOSWELL: Well, I'm not sure what the objection is, because the -- THE COURT: What's the purpose of the question? MR. BOSWELL: Well, if I were to restate the question, it would say: Are you aware, according to paragraph 40th, that Mrs. Chapman or Mrs. Jones expressed, according to the document, to care, maintenance, and support of my son Alfred McCrea Chapman for life? That was the question: Are you aware? THE COURT: And I guess the document says that alone. What does it matter if she's aware of it or not? MR.
