Regarding Compliance With Order, filed by David H. Stone, Esquire, counsel for
Petitioner in the above-captioned matter, and the court understanding that Attorney
Stone has been working diligently to comply with the June 6, 2012 Order of Court
which required, inter a/ia, that counsel for Petitioner file an Affidavit with the court
certifying compliance with the June 6, 2012 Order of Court, the time in which counsel
for Petitioner shall file an affidavit of compliance is hereby EXTENDED for an additional
TWENTY (20) DAYS from the date of this Order of Court.
