PLAINTIFF'S PETITION FOR INVOLUNTARY TRANSFER OF VEHICLE OWNERSHIP BY COURT ORDER Caitrin Smith, Plaintiff hereby files this Petition of Involuntary Transfer of Ownership of a motor vehicle by Court Order in accordance with procedures required by the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, respectfully stating as follows: 1. Plaintiff is Caitrin L. Smith, an adult individual with an address of 11 Heather Drive, Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, 17013 2. Defendant Azeb Baraki is believed to be an adult individual with a last known address of 301 North Progress Avenue, Apartment D9, Harrisburg, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania, 17109. 3. Plaintiff purchased a motor vehicle from the defendant in October 2011. The motor vehicle in question is a 1990 Honda Civic with the Vehicle Identification Number of: IHGED364ILL001376 4. Plaintiff was unable to transfer title for the motor vehicle into her name due the Defendant signing in the wrong area. 10W C?S4- A??A77 /9 5. Plaintiff has been unable to locate the Defendant in order to ask the Defendant to request a copy of the motor vehicle title from the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, in order to transfer the title correctly. 6. Plaintiff is requesting the court to issue an involuntary transfer of vehicle ownership from the Defendant to the Plaintiff.
