STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
THIS AGREEMENT, made the !?- day of 2012, by and between
D & E CONSTRUCTION,
hereinafter referred to as
AND
KEITH W. RHODES and JANE M. RHODES,
hereinafter referred to as
Whereby the former undertook and agreed to construct a 2 story dwelling on that certain lot f
ground situate on Minnich Road in Monroe Township, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland Coun ,
Pennsylvania as shown as Lot 1-B on the Final Subdivision Plan for Dennis L. and Danese
Minnich, recorded in Subdivision Plan Book 89, Page 21A.
Being further identified as Tax Parcel No. 22-09-0537-022.
NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: That the said Contractor, for and in
consideration of the sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) to him in hand paid by Owner, the receipt wh reof is
hereby acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in the agreement aforesaid, for the elves
and their subcontractors, and all parties acting through or under them, covenant and agree that no mec anic's
liens or claims shall be filed or maintained by them or any of them against the said buildings and th lot of
ground appurtenant thereto for or on account of any work done or materials furnished by them or any of
them under said contract or otherwise, for, towards, in, or about the construction of the said buildings on the
lot above-described, and the said Contractor, for themselves, their subcontractors and others unde them,
hereby expressly waive and relinquish the right to have, file, and maintain any mechanic's liens or claims
against the said buildings or any of them, and agree that this instrument, waiving the right of lien, sha be an
independent covenant.
