NOTICE OF AUDITOR'S HEARING
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the Auditor, Joseph D. Buckley, Esquire, appointed
by the Court has scheduled a hearing involving petitions and responses filed in the above-captioned
estate and trusts created thereunder for Thursday July 26, 2012 beginning at 1:00 P.M. and
continuing until 4:30 P.M. in the Courtroom of Old Cumberland County Courthouse, second floor,
coiner of High and Hanover Streets, Carlisle, Pennsylvania. The purpose of the hearing is to hear
argument of the parties in conjunction with a stipulation of facts relative to Petitions and/or Motions
of the Estate of Robert M. Mumma and the Trustee of the Trust(s) created thereunder.
