I, Kathy S. McKean, now domiciled in York County, Pennsylvania, declare this to be my Last
Will. I revoke all other wills and codicils that I may have previously made.
My just debts and expenses of my last illness, funeral, and administration of m~tate Sha~

Article H
All inheritance, estate, and succession taxes (including interest and penalties thereon, but not
including any generation skipping tax) payable by reason of my death shall be paid out of and be
charged generally against the principal of my residuary estate without reimbursement fi.om any
person. This provision is not a waiver of any right which my Executor has to claim reimbursement
for any such taxes which become payable as the result of any property over which I have the power
of appointment.
Article III
I give, devise, and bequeath ail my property, reai, personal and mixed to by beloved children,
Cristina A. McKean and Kenneth A. McKean in equai shares, provided they survive me by thirty (30)
days. If either of the children should fail to survive me by thirty (30) days, his share will be paid to
my other living child.
If any person named in this Will is under the age of twenty-five (25) at the time of my death,
his property shail be held in trust under the terms and conditions established in this Will.
Article IV
Child Beneficiaries
At my death, ifa named beneficiary has not attained either:
A. The age of twenty-five (25) years, or
B. A bachelor% degree from an accredited college or university, his or her share of the
proceeds from my estate shail be retained in a separate trust for the benefit of said beneficiary. I
direct that the trust shall be administered under the following terms:
1. As much of the net income and principai as my trustee from time to
time might think desirable, taking into account funds from ail other sources, shall be
expended for the health, support, or education of said beneficiary until he or she
attains the later of age eighteen (18) or graduation from high school;

2. As much of the net income and principal as my trustee from time to
time might think desirable, taking into account funds from ail other sources, shail be
expended to provide a college or vocational education for said beneficiary until he or
she attains age twenty-five (25). Net income and principai may be expended to cover
living and travel expenses incurred by said beneficiary in pursuing full-time college or
vocationai studies which my trustee in its sole discretion deems reasonable; and
3. Ifa beneficiary does not pursue a college or vocationai education, his
or her interest in the trust shail be held with no distribution until he or she achieves
the age of twenty-five (25) years.
4. When said beneficiary attains age twenty-five (25) or acquires a
bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, the principai and any
accumulated income in trust is to be distributed to said beneficiary.
Article V
No interest in income or principal shall be assignable by, or available to anyone having a claim
against a beneficiary before actuai payment to the beneficiary.
Article VI
I direct that my brother, William D. Zearing of 65A Danner Road, Haiifax, Pennsylvania
17032, be appointed guardian of the person of my minor child.

I direct that if William D. Zearing does not survive me or is unable or unwilling to serve as
guardian of my children, that Debra A. Zearing of 65A Danner Road, Halifax, Pennsylvania 17032,
be appointed guardian of the person of my minor child.
No bond or other security shall be required in any jurisdiction of any of the above party for
the performance of his duty as guardian.
Article VII
I hereby appoint William D. Zearing as trustee of the trust created in this Will. If William D.
Zearing falls to survive me by thirty (30) days, or is unable or unwilling to serve as trustee, I hereby
appoint Debra A. Zearing as trustee of the trust created in this Will. No bond or other security shall
be required in any jurisdiction for the performance of its duties as trustee.
Article VIII
I nominate, constitute and appoint Cristina A. McKean, Executor of my Last Will and
Testament. In the event of her renunciation, death, resignation, or inability to act for any reason
whatsoever as my Executor, I nominate, constitute and appoint William D. Zearing to act as my
Executor. I hereby relieve myExecutor, whether original, substitute, or successor, from the necessity
of posting security in connection with his or her duties as such in any jurisdiction in which he or she
may be called upon to act so far as I am able by law to do so. My Executor shall receive reasonable
compensation for services rendered to my estate.

Article IX
I hereby authorize my Trustee and my Executor:
A. To retain and to invest in all forms of real and personal property, regardless of any
limitations imposed by law on investments by executors or trustees;
B. To compromise claims and to abandon my property which in my Executor's or
Trustee's opinion is of little or no value;
C. To sell at public auction or private sale, or to exchange or to lease for any period of
time, any real or personal property, and to give options for sales or leases;
D. To join in any merger, reorganization, voting trust plan, or other concerted action of
security holders, and to delegate discretionary duties with respect thereto;
E. To borrow, and to pledge property for repayment of funds borrowed; and
F. To distribute in cash or in kind.
These authorities shall extend to all property at any time held by my Executor or my Trustee
and shall continue in full force until the actual distribution of all such property. All powers,
authorities, and discretion granted by this Will shall be in addition to those granted by law and shall
be exercisable without leave of court.

For dates of death on or after July 1, 1994 and before January 1, 1995, the tax rate imposed on the net value of transfers to or for the use of the surviving spouse is 3%
[72 PS S9116 lal (11) (i)]
For dates of death on or after January 1, 1995, the tax rate imposed on the net value of transfers to or for the use of the surviving spouse is 0% [72 PS. S9116 (a) (11) (Ii)].
The statute does not exemot a transfer to a surviving spouse from tax, and the statutory requirements for disclosure of assets and filing a tax return are still applicable even if
the surviving spouse is the only beneficiary.
For dates of death on or after July 1, 2000:
The tax rate imposed on the net value of transfers from a deceased child twenty-one years of age or younger at death to or for the use of a natural parent, an adoptive parent,
or a stepparent of the child is 0% [72 P.S. s9116(a)(I.2)].
The tax rate imposed on the net value of transfers to or for the use of the decedent's lineal beneficiaries is 4.5%, except as noted in 72 P.S. S9116(1.2) [72 P.S. s9116(a)(I)].
The tax rate imposed on the net value of transfers to or for the use of the decedent's siblings is 12% [72 P.S. ~9116(a)(1.3)], A sibling is defined, under Section 9102, as an
individual who has at least one parent in common with the decedent, whether by blood or adoption.
