consideration of the Petition for Approval of Trust Modification Agreement filed by
Petitioner Farmers and Merchants Trust Company of Chambersburg, IT IS
HEREBY ORDERED AND DECREED that Petitioner's Petition is GRANTED, and
the Trust Modification Agreement appended thereto, executed by the Petitioner, the
beneficiaries and the surviving settlor of the trust captioned above is hereby
APPROVED by the Court in its entirety and that the Funded Irrevocable Trust of
Earl L. Nollenberger and Virginia M. Nollenberger be administered and distributed
as provided in the Funded Irrevocable Trust Agreement of Earl L. Nollenberger and
Virginia M. Nollenberger dated December 30, 1994, with the modifications set forth
in Paragraphs 1 to 6 of the Agreement of Virginia M. Nollenberger, Linda S. Gulla,
Earl Larry Nollenberger, Jr., Erin Michelle Nollenberger, Megan Nicole
Nollenberger, Lisa A. Nollenberger DeMeese and Farmers and Merchants Trust
