Anderson, was never married but had two minor children, Genavee D. Drawbaugh and Tuvinian S. Anderson. Neither of those children qualify to serve as administrator and their mothers do not meet the definition for spouse, because they were never married to the decedent. Genavee's mother, Brandi Messersmith, acting as natural guardian, will renounce in favor of Jeremy's father, Kevin Anderson. Tuvinian Anderson has been adopted by Steve and Ruth Fisher of Honey Brook, Pennsylvania and on behalf of Tuvinian will renounce his right to Letters in favor of Kevin Anderson.
