AND NOW, this 10th day of July, 2012, after a hearing on the Petition for Probate and Grant
of Letters filed by Sandra E. Price, through her attorney, Chad J. Julius, the document dated October
19, 2009, is admitted to probate as the Last Will and Testament of William W. Price, deceased.
Letters Testamentary shall be granted to Sandra E. Price.
Sandra E. Price shall have all the rights and duties of a fiduciary under the laws of Pennsylvania
and shall proceed with the administration of this estate according to law.
