A completed form is enclosed. This estate will have to remain open for an indeterminate time until the one remaining matter is settled. That matter is the bankruptcy of Advanta Corp. (You can check the status at advantareorg.com.) Mrs. Sieg had an investment note with this company. Part of the note has been repaid and was shown on the PIT return. However I expect that there will bean additional and final payoff at some future time. They are not sending out any guidance so I just can not even guess when this estate will be settled. However I am showing one year on the Status Report form. All other matters have been completed and essentially all of the estate has been distributed to the heirs. I have enclosed for your information a copy of the spreadsheet showing all of the estate banking transactions that are completed to date.
