for Petitioner in the above-captioned matter, being duly sworn make the
following affidavit regarding compliance with the Order of Court of June
6, 2012:
1. Since the date of my last Affidavit, the guardian has received
the following checks from American Funds:
a. $1,874.76 and $1,256.91 for Mary Jane Oliver; and
b. $1,874.73 and $1,256.95 for Leauna Marie Oliver.
2. Cou:7sel for the Petitioner is awaiting the other checks before
creating accounts in accordance with the Order of Court of June 6, 2012.
