DISCLAIMER
I, William L. Church, of 8 Pine Circle, Newville, West Pennsboro Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, as the residual heir under the Last Will and Testament of Shirley G. Robbins, whose Last
Will and Testament was duly probated with the Cumberland County Register of Wills at County File No.
2011-01272; and under the authority of Section 6201, et seq., of the Pennsylvania Probate Estates and
Fiduciaries Code, hereby irrevocably and unqualifiedly disclaim any inference under the Last Will and
Testament of Shirley G. Robbins that my inheritance is to be via an outright distribution; but rather, the
inheritance which I receive shall be under and subject to the provisions of Part 4 at the bottom of Page
2 of the Last Will and Testament of Shirley G. Robbins.
It is my intent by making this disclaimer to eliminate any confusion under the Last Will and
Testament that my inheritance under said Will is to be via the trust set forth in Part 4 on Page 2 and not
to be via an outright distribution.
None of the provisions of Section 6206 {constituting a bar to this disclaimer) apply.
