This claim is filed pursuant to the Municipal Claims and Tax Liens Law, 53 P.S. § 710
et seq.
4. The property against which this claim is filed, tax parcel no. 27-20-2756-054, is
described in the deed recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds for Cumberland
County at Deed Book Q at Page 36. A copy of the Deed is attached. By the Deed, title
to the property is vested in Glenn T. Mixell, Mary E. Mixell and Nancy L. Mixell. The
address of the property is 78 Little League Avenue (formerly known as Westminister
Avenue), Newville, Pennsylvania.
The rates for the water and sewer charges for which this claim is filed were set by
Resolution No. 1999-05 of the Newville Borough Water and Sewer Authority adopted
October 20, 1999, pursuant to its authority under the Municipality Authorities Act,
Section 5607. The attorney fees and costs are levied by Authority Resolution No. 2011
7 adopted on March 21, 2011, pursuant to its authority under the Municipal Claims and
Tax Liens Law.

December 2009 to August 2011. Payment for such service has been delinquent for over
thirty (30) days.

Mixell, grantors herein.
THIS conveyance is between brother and sister, and is therefore transfer
