REQUEST FOR HEARING TRANSCRIPTS
AND NOW COMES, Debra Houseman, the Appellant in the above captioned matter,
by and through her counsel, R. Mark Thomas, Esquire, and files this Request for Hearing
Transcripts, and in support thereof respectfully represents:
Debra Houseman, the respondent in a petition previously filed by Douglas
Clouser, co-executor of the Estate of David H. Clouser, has filed a Notice of Appeal
with the Pennsylvania Superior Court, dated July 2, 2012.
2. In order to prepare the record necessary for the Appeal, the Appellant
needs a transcript of all hearings which have been held in this matter.
WHEREFORE, Appellant prays that this Honorable Court will order the
preparation of the Hearing Transcripts for the benefit of Appellant for appeal.
