Bailey, Deceased, has been filed with the Clerk of the Orphans' Court Division of the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, and will be called for CONFIRMATION on August 28, 2012 at 9:30 o'clock, a.m. in Courtroom No. 1 of the Cumberland County Courthouse, Carlisle, Pennsylvania. The court will be asked to approve the Account and Schedule of Proposed Distribution as stated and to make awards in accordance with provisions of the Will of Warren F. Bailey, Deceased.
