consideration of the attached petition, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND
DECREED that a citation be issued, directed to Sarah Kate Napoli,
a minor, and an alleged incapacitated person, to show cause, if
any there be, why she should not be declared partially or totally
incapacitated and why her parents and natural guardians, Joseph
A. Napoli and Debra A. Napoli, should not be appointed limited or
plenary guardians of Sarah Kate Napoli's person and estate. The
citation shall be returnable and a hearing shall be held on
o?q , 2012, at QCc,.m., in Courtroom No. ~ , ~/#
Floor, Cumberland County Courthouse, One Courthouse Square,
Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
In accordance with 20 Pa. C.S. X5511, a copy of the
petition, citation, and notice of the hearing shall be personally
served on Sarah Kate Napoli, a minor, and an alleged
incapacitated person, at least 20 days before the hearing; and,
at least 20 days before the hearing, a copy of the petition,
