the Court noting that this Court's memorandum regarding a status conference
held between counsel at 1:30 p.m. on February 16, 2011, while present in the
Orphan's Court file for this case was not time stamped into the record,

Re: Status Conference at 1:30 p.m.

I met with counsel today to review the status of this case. Nothing has
really happened. Mark Thomas indicated that the house was deteriorating and
that the borough may in fact condemn the home such that his client can no
longer live there. At present, Mark's client has not been paying rent and the
house is no longer insured because the insurance company won't insure it in its
present condition.
Both attorneys felt that if an actual independent appraisal was completed
that one of the parties may then actually move to purchase the home which
would end the impasse. I suggested that Larry Foote conduct the appraisal and
both attorneys agreed. Accordingly, I will contact Foote to arrange for a formal
appraisal.
