ALL THOSE CERTAIN two lots of ground situate in North Middleton Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows:
ALL THAT CERTAIN Lot No. 33 on the hereinafter mentioned Plan of Lots
bounded on the North by West North Street; On the East by Lot No. 34 of the
hereinafter mentioned Plan of Lots; On the South by Burr Avenue and on the West
by Lot No. 32 of the hereinafter mentioned Plan of Lots. The said Lot being 50 feet
in width along the said West North Street and extending in depth a distance of 124
and two sevenths feet more or less.
ALL THAT CERTAIN Lot No. 34 on the herinafter mentioned Plan of Lots
bounded on the North by West North Street; on the East by Lot NO. 35 of the
hereinafter mentioned Plan of Lots; on the South by Burr Avenue, and on the West
by Lot NO. 33 of the hereinafter mentioned Plan of Lots. The said lot being 50 feet
in width along the said West North Street and extending in depth a distance of 127
and one seventh feet more or less. They being Lots Numbers 33 and 34 on the Plan

the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania
in Plan Book 5, Page 47.
BEING THE SAME PREMISES which The United States Marshal for the District of
Middle Pennsylvania, in his official capacity, by his Deed dated October 4, 2013,
and recorded December 19, 2013, in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for
Cumberland County, at Carlisle, Pennsylvania, to Instrument Number 201339817,
granted and conveyed unto Paul Vriend. ALSO BEING THE SAME PREMISES
which Lee A. Nickey and Nancy R. Nickey, husband and wife, and May N. Seibert
and Charles L. Seibert, wife and husband, by their Deed dated April 17, 2009, and
recorded May 4, 2009, in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for
Cumberland County, at Carlisle, Pennsylvania, to Instrument Number 200914222,
granted and conveyed unto Jeffrey L. Myers, single adult.
