Cornwall ("Owner") and that certain tract of land including improvements thereon, owned by Owner and described as follows: 1013 Orange Street Mount Holly Springs, PA 17065 Tax Property Map: 23-32-2336 Parcel No.: 406 LA'1% OF SNE,e,-, BRE!vNE - V. for costs incurred by the Claimant in cutting and removing weeds and/or vegetation frown the above tract of land. Said costs arose due to Owner allowing weeds and other vegetation to grow and remain on the above tract of land and said Owner's failure to remove same from the above tract of land contrary to the provisions of Chapter X, Section 1 and Section 2 of the Borough of Mount Holly Springs Code of Ordinances, with the removal thereof being directed by Borough Council in accordance with the above provisions of the Borough of Mount Holly Springs Code of Ordinances. The kind and character of the services so rendered consisted of the reasonable q 7 -S costs for entry upon the premises, removal and disposal of weeds and vegetative growth and the use of equipment for cutting such growth and all labor associated with the foregoing, which costs total $32.49 and constitute an accurate accounting of the services rendered and the prices, charged therefor, said amount being a true and correct statement of the Owner's account with the Claimant, which sum of $32.49 was duly assessed against the above Owner and premises beginning July 30, 2012, and which sum, together with interest and costs. a lien is claimed against the above premises in accordance with Chapter X, Section 2 of the Borough of Mount Holly Springs Code of Ordinances, the Municipality Authorities Act of June 19, 2001, P.L. 287, 53 P, S. §§ 5601, et se q., as supplemented and amended and/or the Municipal Claims and Tax Lien Act, May 16, 1923, P.L. 207, 53 P.S. §§ 7101, et se q., as supplemented and amended.
