I, EDMUND G. MYERS, a member of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, Attorney ~ No. 28,
being duly sworn according to law, do depose and say:
1. I am an Attorney at Law practicing with the law firm of Johnson, Duffie, Stewart & Weidner,
Lemoyne, Pennsylvania.
2. Johnson, Duffie, Stewart & Weidner represents Michele Z. Baker, the surviving spouse of
Monte E. Baker (Decedent) who died intestate on June 5, 2012, a resident of Cumberland County.

3. Michele Z. Baker has presented a Petition for Letters of Administration of the Decedent's
