FINAL DISTRIBUTION FAMILY AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT is by and between Carol A. Belcher, individually and as Executrix of
the Estate of Elizabeth V. Swingle, Deceased, David C. Miller, Jr., Esquire, Counsel-for the Estate,
and Carol A. Selcher and Kathryn S. Schultz, as residual beneficiaries of the Estate of Elizabeth V.
Swingle.
WHEREAS, Elizabeth V. Swingle, who resided at 5225 Wilson Lane, Cumberland
County, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055, died on September 13, 2011, with a Will, and whose Estate
was opened on October 21, 2011, at the above number and term; and
WHEREAS, Carol A. Belcher has been duly appointed as Executrix of the Estate of
Elizabeth V. Swingle, Deceased; and
WHEREAS, the parties in interest for purposes of distribution. of the Estate of Elizabeth V.
Swingle, Deceased, are:
(1) Carol A. Selcher; and
(2) Kathryn S. Schultz.
WHEREAS, each of the above identified parties is entitled to a distributive share of the
Estate; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the parties to this Agreement that final distribution of this
Estate be accomplished without formal accounting to the Orphans' Court Division of the Court of
Common Pleas, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the parties to this Agreement to receive the following
distributive shares of the Estate:
A. Principal:
Stocks and Bonds: $ 54,820.33
Personal Property $ 66,928.53
Non-Probate Property $ 13,304.52
Income Earned by Estate $ 534.87
TOTAL: $135,588.25
B. Final Expenses:
Funeral $ 657.71
Administration $ 7,401.13
Debts $ 2,3 82.47
Federal Income & PA Inheritance Taxes $ 5,393.20
Total: $ 15,834.51
C. Losses -Frontier Communications Total: $ 497.85
D. Distributions

TOTAL DISTRIBUTIONS: $135,588.25
WHEREAS, the parties to this Agreement each acknowledge the proposed schedule of
distribution as stated above; and
WHEREAS, each of the parties to this Agreement do acknowledge to have received from
the Executrix the sums set forth above, as distributions evidenced by the signatures of the parties
on this Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, WITNESSETH, in consideration ofthe mutual promises, covenants
and agreements recited herein the parties do agree as follows:
1. Each of the parties to this Agreement as residual beneficiaries do hereby release
and forever discharge David C. Miller, Jr., Esquire, Counsel for the Estate of
Elizabeth V. Swingle, and Cazol A. Selcher, Executrix, from any and all liability
which may from time to time arise in connection with services rendered as Counsel
to the Estate and as Executrix of the Estate of Elizabeth V. Swingle, Deceased.
The parties do further agree to indemnify and hold harmless said Counsel to the
Estate and Executrix of the Estate of Elizabeth V. Swingle, Deceased, from any and
all liability which may arise against the Estate from creditors or claimants.
2. Each of the parties does hereby acknowledge receipt of the cash and other assets
described above and a full accounting of the Estate assets attached to this
Agreement as Exhibit °A", Summary of Account.
3. Each of the parties to this Agreement acknowledge that this Agreement shall be
indexed and recorded in the Estate proceedings and that the terms hereof shall be
binding upon her respective heirs, successors, administrators, and assigns.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania.
