STIPULATION AGAINS LIENS
WHEREAS, Nagaraju Manduri and Na amani Kota, husband and wife,
Pennsylvania, is about to execute contemporaneously here 'th, a contract with Classic Communities
Corporation, a Pennsylvania Corporation of Dauphin Co ty, Pennsylvania, for the erection o- 7 a
dwelling upon a lot of land situate as follows:
ALL THAT CERTAIN piece, parcel or lot of land, together with irr
situated in Hampden Township, Cumberland County, P sylvania and bounded and
follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southern ri -of-way line of Barbara Drive (50. 0
feet wide) said point being the northwest corner of Lot No. 280; thence along the western bound
line of said Lot No. 280 and through a proposed variable w dth drainage easement South 25 degr es
48 minutes 54 seconds West for a distance of 133.83 feet to a point at the southwestern corner of t
No. 280 and the northern variable right-of-way line of P of Route 581; thence along said ri t

The piece, parcel or lot of land contains 14,868 square feet of land, and is known and numbered
Lot No. 281 on the Final Subdivision Plan for Good Hope Farms South Phases XVI and XVII, whi
is recorded in Cumberland County in Instrument No.: 20111,100958.
UNDER AND SUBJECT TO:
(a) Any and all easements, licenses, leases exceptions, reservations, cov
agreements, conveyances and restrictions which affect the premises and are
by inspection of the premises.
(b) Any an all easements, licenses, leases,'' exceptions, reservations, covenan
agreements, conveyances and restrictions contained in any and all prior documen
agreements, instructions, deeds, grants and conveyances affecting the premises.

Pennsylvania Corporation and the further consideration of One Dollar, to Classic Communit:
Corporation, a Pennsylvania Corporation paid by Nagaraj Manduri and Nagamani Kota, husba
and wife it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building by the contractor, or any st
contractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or other person for any labor, or materi;
purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the t ction of said building, the right to f
such liens being expressly waived.
