AND NOW, this day of August, 2012, upon consideration of Movant, Borough of
Shippensburg, Motion to Continue is GRANTED and it is hereby ORDERED that the hearing
scheduled for August 9, 2012 at 9:30 a.m. in Courtroom Number Six of Cumberland County
Courthouse, Carlisle, Pennsylvania is CONTINUED. It is hereby FURTHER ORDERED that

Carlisle, Pennsylvania, for the puxpose of taking testimony to determine if the Borough of
Shippensburg may sell free and clear of any use restrictions the property identified at West King
Street, consisting of approximately 2.32 acres, and listed as Tax Parcel No. 34-34-2417-169.
Notice of said hearing shall be published by the Movant, the Borough of Shippensburg,
once a week for three consecutive weeks in the Cumberland County Law Journal and in a local
newspaper of general circulation prior to the hearing. Additionally, Movant shall notify the
Civic Club of Shippensburg and the Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission of said
hearing. Proof of publication and service shall be filed with the Court prior to the hearing.
