AND NOW, this 9th day of August, 2012, pursuant to Pa.R.A.P., Rule
1926, the Court noting that this Court's memorandum regarding a telephone call
from Attorney Mark Thomas on November 23, 2010, and this Court's hand
written note of a discussion with Sue Russell of the Trust Department of the F &
MBank regarding administration of the Clouser Estate while present in the
Orphan's Court file for this case has not been made part of the record,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND DIRECTED that the Court's
Memorandum entitled Call from Mark Thomas Re: Clouser Estate, November 23,
2010 along with this Court's handwritten note, shall be made part of the record of
this case.

RE: Clouser Estate
November 23, 2010
PNC Bank has decided there is not enough money for them to handle the matter. Mark
is out of suggestions other than maybe you appoint both Mark and Michael to hand it.
He doesn't feel that the brother and sister can do it.
