Wendy Goulet, AKA Wendy I. Leib, Executors of the Estate of Geraldine H. Handshew late
of 6331 Brandy Lane, Lot 22, Mechanicsburg, County of Cumberland, Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania, 17050 (Sellers) in consideration of the sum of $10,000 (Ten thousand dollars)
paid to us by Donald C. Reed and Eileen L. Reed of 4125 Nantucket Drive, Mechanicsburg,
County of Cumberland, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania 17050 (Buyers), the receipt of which
is acknowledged do hereby agree to sell and transfer title to Donald C. Reed and Eileen L.
Reed and their successors and assigns, the following described personal property located at
6331 Brandy Lane, Lot 22, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania 17050:
A 1974 New Moon mobile home VIN No. 11106341 (a copy of the certificate of title is
attached hereto).
This mobile home is being sold in an "as is" condition with no warranties being made as
to it's condition by the Sellers.
All costs of the transfer of title, fees and sales tax shall be paid by the Buyers.
Real estate taxes and lot rent shall be prorated to date of transfer of title. Electric
service shall be transferred at date of transfer.
Buyers shall be responsible for executing all documents required and making any
payments to due to Brandy Lane Partnership, owners of the mobile home park before
occupying the mobile home.
The Sellers warrant that they aze the lawful owners of the mobile home, that it is free
from all encumbrances and that they have right to sell the mobile home.
This agreement, and all rights and obligations as the contracting parties shall be
governed by the Uniform Commercial Code as enacted and in force in the Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania on the date of this agreement.
