Mummah, dated July 9. 2012 filed with the Clerk of the Orphans Court on July 13, 2012, and received by Appellant John McCrea on July 17, 2012, via the United States Postal Service: 1. The Court ignored and disregarded the clear testamentary intent expressed in the document creating the Chapman Lodge trust that, when the interest of Alfred Chapman in the trust property should terminate, the property should be distributed to his three children as joint life tenants. 2. The Court essentially caused a forfeiture of the life estate interests of Alfred Chapman's children without any legal basis for that forfeiture and without any factual basis for that forfeiture, when it entered an Order calling for distribution of the trust property to the residuary beneficiary of the trust, St. John Episcopal Church. 3. The Court, without any legal basis or factual basis of record, failed to award the children of Alfred Chapman joint life estates in the Chapman Lodge trust property, and instead illegally called for the distribution of the Chapman Lodge property to the residuary beneficiary of the trust, St. Johns~Fpiscopal e.~, Church. ~ ~ x :~ ~? ~'. rn~ ...., ~.~ (balance of this page intentionally left blank) ~ ~ ,. , _ ~~ , ~,.y yy ~ y r» .
