The oaths of STATE OFFICERS, JUSTICES OF THE SUPREME COURT and JUDGES OF THE SUPERIOR AND COMMONWEALTH COURTS shall be filed in the office of the Secretary of the Commonwealth. The oaths of other judicial and county officers shall be filed with the Prothonotary of the county in which the oath is taken.
