THIS AGREEMENT made this ~/~' dayof ~
by and between GARY DEIMLER & SONS CONSTRUCTION, INC.

hereinafter called the Contractor,
AND David K. Fowler and Ann P. Fowler, husband and wife
hereinafter called the Owner.
WITNESSETH THAT:
The Contractor by tnstrument dated December 21, 2001
entered into an Agreement with the Owner for the erection and construction of a 2800 sq. ft. house
with 3 car garage, situated on Lot 212 Maxele Lane, White Rock
Acres, Monroe Township, attached hereto as Exhibit A.
AND WHEREAS, the Contractor has covenanted and agreed therein to enter into an additional agreement
with the Owner stipulating that no lien or liens of any kind shall be filed against the above building or the
appurtenances thereto.
NOW, THIS AGREEMENT WlTNESSETH, that the Contractor, for and in consideration of the awarding to him
of the said contract as for the sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) to him in hand paid by the Owner, the receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, promises and agrees that no Mechanic's Lien or liens shall be filed against
the aforesaid building or the appurtenances thereto by any subcontractor, subcontractors, materialmen,
mechanics, laborers or anyone for materials furnished, work done or services rendered of any kind
whatsoever, for or about, or on account of the aforesaid building or on the credit thereof.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said parties hereunto set their hands and seals the day and year aforesaid.

LEGAL DESCRIPTION
ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land situate in Monroe Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described in accordance with a plan
prepared by Robert E. Stiffler, R.S., revised January 4, 1979 and
recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds for Cumberland County
in Plan Book 34, Page 113.
BEGINNING at a point in right-of-way line of Maxele Lane at corner of
Lot No. 213, Section L, White rock Acres; THENCE along Lot No. 213,
North 24 degrees 44 minutes 01 seconds West 397.26 feet to a point at
other lands of Penn Products; THENCE along lands of Penn Products
North 13 degrees 44 minutes 19 seconds East 337.83 feet to a point at
Lot 79; THENCE along Lot No. 79 and Lot No. 180, South 78 degrees 08
minutes 00 seconds East 230.00 feet to a point; THENCE along Lot No.
180 south 49 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East 200.00 feet to a
point; THENCE along Lot No. 194A South 33 degrees 45 minutes 00
seconds West 100.00 feet to a point; THENCE along Lot No. 211 South
24 degrees 18 minutes 42 seconds West 468.74 feet to a point in cul-
de-sac of Maxele Lane; THENCE along cul-de-sac of Maxele Lane by a
curve to the left having a radius of 50 feet an arc distance of 42.80
feet on a chord bearing of South 89 degrees 47 minutes 20 seconds
West to a point, the place of BEgINNINg.
