Vbereag, The Rutt Family Sonshine, LP, hereinafter called the Owner, is about to execute contemporaneously
with Keystone Custom Homes, Inc. of 227 Granite Run Drive, Suite 100, Lancaster, PA 17601, hereinafter called the
Contractor, a contract for the erection or construction of a SINGLE FAMILY DWELLING upon the lot of ground known as
9 Hunt Place, Mechanicsburg, PA 17050, Foxwood, Silver Spring Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, described
in Exhibit "A" hereof, of which The Rutt Family Sonshine, LP is the title holder of record, as more particularly described in
Deed Book Page ;and
,hobo, August 6, 2012, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal contract, and before
any authority has been given by the Owner to the Contractor to commence work on said building or improvement, to
purchase materials for the same, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between said parties as part of said contract
and for the consideration therein set forth, nether the undersigned Contractor, any Sub-contractor or material man, nor any
other person furnishing labor or materials to the said Contractor under the contract entered into between said parties shall
file a lien for work done or material furnished to said building, improvements or any part thereof.
Tbig stipulation is made and intended to be filed with the Prothonotary within 10 days after date in accordance
with the requirements of the Act of August 24, 1963, P.L. 497, as amended,

All that certain lot or tract of ground situate in Silver Spring Township, Cumberland
County, PA, more particularly bounded and described as follows, to wit:
Beginning at a point on the northern right-of-way line of Hunt Place at the southwest
corner of Lot #23; thence along said right-of-way line N80-29-49W 82.83 feet to a
point; thence along the same by a curve to the right, said curve having a chord
bearing and distance of N79-27-40W 17.17 feet, a radius of 475.00 feet and an arc
distance of 17.17 feet to a point being the southeast corner of Lot #25; thence along
Lot #25 and through a drainage easement N11-34-29E 156.38 feet to a point on the
southern line of Lot #20; thence along Lot #20, Lot #21 and through said easement
S76-30-11 E 94.58 feet to a point being the northwest corner of Lot #23; thence along
Lot #23 and through said easement S09-30-11W 150.00 feet to a point, being the
place of beginning.
Containing 14,905 square feet. (0.34 acres)
Being Lot #24 on a Preliminary Final Subdivision Plan for Foxwood, prepared by R. J.
Fisher and Associates, Inc., recorded in Plan Book 90, Page 18.
