SHERIFF'S RETURN OF SERVICE
10/08/2012 Ronny R. Anderson, Sheriff who being duly sworn according to law states that he made a diligent search
and inquiry for the within named defendant, to wit: Desanto Realty Group, LLC, but was unable to locate
them in his bailiwick. He therefore deputized the Sheriff of Delaware County, Pennsylvania to serve the
within Writ of Summons according to law.
10/08/2012 Ronny R. Anderson, Sheriff who being duly sworn according to law states that he made a diligent search
and inquiry for the within named defendant, to wit: Gary L. Desanto, but was unable to locate him in his
bailiwick. He therefore deputized the Sheriff of Delaware County, Pennsylvania to serve the within Writ of
Summons according to law.
10/19/2012 Joseph F. McGinn, Sheriff of Delaware County, who being duly sworn according to law, states that on
October 19, 2012 this Writ of Summons upon defendant Desanto Realty Group, LLC is returned not
served for not having a minimum of ten days to attempt service.
