In accordance with Pa.R.A.P. 1925(b)(1), this Court Ordered that the Statement be filed within twenty-five (25) days from the date of the July 9 Order. As of August 13, 2012, the Appellant has not complied with this Court's Order, and has not requested that this Court allow him more time in accordance with Pa.R.A.P. 1925(b)(2). Therefore, this Court has not been made aware of Appellants errors complained of on appeal and cannot respond accordingly. The Court believes the record in this case speaks for itself.
