I, RUTH E. EVINGER, of New Cumberland, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, make, publish and declare this as and for
my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all other Wills and
Codicils heretofore made by me• m nephew
FIRST: I give and bequeath to LOUIS BOBISH, y
by marriage, my Grandfathers Clock.
SECOND: I give and bequeath to JEANNE K. BOBISH, my
marriage, her choice of my jewelry and :Furniture.
niece by
THIRD: I give and bequeath any motor vehicle that I
own at the time of my death, to my friends, FAY :BISHOP and ROBERT
BISHOP, her husband, or the survivor as between the two of them.
FOURTH: I give and bequeath the sum of Ten Thousand
and No/100 ($10,000.00) Dollars to the following named
individuals: KATHE R. CURRY, my godchild; ELIZABETH SAGER, my
deceased husband's half-sister; LOIS A. McKEON, my friend; JEAN
DANKOSKY, my friend; DARLA K. SCHORR, my friend; EXELY J. HEIGES,
my friend; FLORENCE KIRSCHBAUM, my friend; MARGARET RISSINGER, my
friend; DAVID R. BROADS, my friend; and, MARIE I20TH, my friend.
FIFTH: Should any of the individuals named in Clause
FIRST, SECOND, THIRD, and FOURTH hereinabove predecease me, I
direct that the specific bequests made for said individuals be
and become a part of my residuary estate to be distributed as set
forth hereinbelow.
SIXTH: I devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and
remainder of my estate of whatever nature and wherever situate,
including any property over which I hold power of appointment and
together with any insurance policies thereon, as follows:
(A) Thirty-Five (35~) percent thereof to JEANNE K.
BOBISH and LOUIS BOBISH, her husband, or the survivor as between
the two of them, provided, however, that should both JEANNE K.
BOBISH and LOUIS BOBISH predecease me, then I dire=ct that their
share be divided equally between THE TRINITY EVANGELICAL LUTHERAN
CHURCH, of Lemoyne, Pennsylvania, and to THE NEW CUMBERLAND
LIBRARY AND CULTURAL FOUNDATION, of New Cumberland, Pennsylvania,
both for the purposes set forth more fully herein.
(B) Thirty-Five (35$) percent thereof to FAYE BISHOP
and ROBERT BISHOP, her husband, or the survivor as between the
two of them, provided however, that should both FAYE BISHOP and
ROBERT BISHOP predecease me, then I direct that their share be
divided equally between THE TRINITY EVANGELICAL LUTHERAN CHURCH,
of Lemoyne, Pennsylvania, and to THE NEW CUMBERLAND LIBRARY AND
CULTURAL FOUNDATION, of New Cumberland, Pennsylvania, both for
the purposes set forth more fully herein.
(C) Twenty (20~) percent thereof to t11e TRINITY
EVANGELICAL LUTHERAN CHURCH, of Lemoyne, Pennsylvania, to be used
for general Church purposes, as the governing body of the TRINITY
EVANGELICAL LUTHERAN CHURCH deems appropriate.
(D) Ten (10~) percent thereof to THE NEW CUMBERLAND
LIBRARY AND CULTURAL FOUNDATION, of New Cumberland, Pennsylvania,
to be used for general purposes, as the governing body of that
organization deems appropriate.
SEVENTH: In addition to all powers granted to them by
law and by other provisions of this Will, I gives the fiduciaries
acting hereunder the following powers, applicable to all proper-
ty, exercisable without court approval and effective until actual
distribution of all property:
(A) To sell at public or private sale, or to lease,
for any period of time, any real or personal property and to give

options for sales, exchanges or leases, for such prices and upon
such terms (including credit, with or without securitowerrto give
conditions as are deemed proper. This includes the p erty and
legally sufficient instruments for transfer of the prop
to receive the proceeds of any disposition of it.
Notwithstanding the provisions of this subsection to the
contrary, I specifically direct that there be no on-site auctions
of any items of personal property.
(g) To partition, subdivide, or improve real estate
and to enter into agreements concerning the partition, subdivi-
sion, improvement, zoning or management of real estate and to
impose or extinguish restrictions on real estate,.
(~) To compromise any claim or controversy and to
abandon any property which is of little or no value.
(D) To invest in all forms of property, including
stocks, common trust funds and mortgage investment funds, without
restriction to investments authorized for Pennsylvania fiduci-
aries, as are deemed proper, without regard to any principle of
diversification, risk or productivity.
(E) To exercise any option, right or privilege granted
in insurance policies or in other investments. iven by the

limited to, personal income, gift and estate or inheritance tax
laws.
(G) To make distributions to my herein named benefici-
aries in cash or in kind or partly in each.
(H) To borrow money from themselves or others in order
to pay debts, taxes, or estate or trust administration expenses,
to protect or improve any property held under my will, and for
investment purposes.

(I) To select a mode of payment under any qualified
retirement plan (pension plan, profit sharing plan, employee
stock ownership plan, or any other type of qualified plan) to the
extent the plan or the law permits them to do so, and to exercise
any other rights which they may have under the plan, in whatever
manner they consider advisable.
EIGHTH: I direct that all inheritance, estate,
transfer, succession and death taxes, of any kind. whatsoever,
which may be payable by reason of my death, whetY.~er or not with
respect to property passing under this Will, sha7.1 be paid out of
the principal of my residuary estate. Notwithstanding the
provisions of this Clause EIGHTH, I specifically direct that
there be no allocation of inheritance, estate, transfer,
succession and death taxes, of any kind, whatsoever, as to any
charitable beneficiary designated by me herein.
NINTH: I nominate and appoint JAMES D. BOGAR, as
Executor of this, my Last Will and Testament. In the event of
the death, resignation or inability to serve for any reason
whatsoever of the said JAMES D. BOGAR, I nominate and appoint,
JENNIFER B. HIPP, Executrix of this, my Last Wi7.1 and Testament.
I direct that my Executor or Executrix, and their successors,
shall not be required to post security or a bond for the
performance of their duties in any jurisdiction.
