OF BEQUEST TO MINOR BENEFICIARIES
ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this 21St day of August, 2012, upon consideration of the Petition filed
by Patricia A. Sheriff, it is hereby ordered and directed as follows:
1. That the Petitioner, Patricia A. Sheriff, Executrix of the Estate of Mary
E. Ritter, be authorized to select a local bank for the purpose of opening
two (2) separate Certificates of Deposit in the amounts of two thousand
dollars ($2,000.00) each in the names of Matthew D. Le~nmon and
Jillian R. Grimes;
2. That all interest earned on each account shall be added to the principal
of that account until said child attains eighteen (18) years of a;ge;
3. That each account shall remain open until each minor child attains
eighteen (18) years of age;
4. That Petitioner shall file proof of opening the two separate (:ertificates
of Deposit including the name of the local bank chosen, within 45 days
of the date of this order; and
5. Upon each child attaining eighteen (18) years of age, the bank shall
release all funds in that Certificate of Deposit consisting of principal and
interest to that child. :~=
