STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
THIS AGREEMENT made this day of 2012, by
and between Tamanini Homes, LLC, hereina Ateryrefe-rred to as
Contractor,
AND
Emory F. Floray and Clarissa W. Floray, husband and wife,
hereinafter referred to as Owner, whereby the contractor undertook
and agreed to erected and construct a dwelling on the certain lot
of ground situate in Monroe Township, Cumberland County,
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and more fully described in Exhibit
"A" which is attached hereto and made a part hereof known as Lot 23
Trindle Station, 820 Tamanini Way, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055.
NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: That the said
Contractor, for an in consideration of the sum of ($1.00) Dollar to
Contractor in hand paid by Owner, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in the
agreement aforesaid, for itself, himself or themselves and its, his
or their subcontractors, and all parties acting through or under
them, covenant and agree that no mechanic's liens or claims shall
be filed or maintained by them or any of them against the said
buildings and the lot of ground appurtenant thereto for or on
account of any work done or materials furnished by them or any of
them under said contract or otherwise, for, towards, in, or about
the erection and construction of the said buildings on the lot
above described, and the said Contractor, for itself, himself or
themselves, its, his or their subcontractors and others under them,
hereby expressly waive and relinquish the right to have, file, and
maintain any mechanic's liens or claims against the said Nila.ngs

ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land situated in Monroe
Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being
known as Lot 23 and is a portion of Tax Parcel 22-
09-0541-023 known as Trindle Station as depicted on
the Final Subdivision as depicted on the Final
Subdivision Plan for Section 1 of Trindle Station -
Phase 2 prepared by Alpha Consulting Engineers, Inc.
having Instrument Number 200801802 assigned in the
Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds office, being
more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pin on the eastern right-of-way
line of Tamanini Way at the dividing line of Lot 23
herein conveyed and Lot 24 as shown on the
aforementioned Subdivision Plan; thence following
the eastern right of way line of Tamanini Way on a
curve to the left with a radius of 475.00 feet, an
arc length of 95.00 feet, a chord bearing of North
44 degrees 17 minutes 49 seconds West, and a chord
length of 94.84 feet to an iron pin on the dividing
line of Lot 22; thence along Lot 22 North 39 degrees
58 minutes 25 seconds East a distance of 110.00 feet
to an iron pin at the dividing line of open Space E;
thence along Open Space E following a curve to the
right with a radius of 585.00 feet, an arc length of
117.00 feet, a chord bearing of South 44 degrees i7
minutes 49 seconds East, and a chord length of
116.81 feet to an iron pin at the dividing line of
