contribution.

tenant by the entireties with Margaret A. Zimmerman. Said real estate was subject to a home equity loan with a balance of
approximately $29,097 on date of death with Decedent as a Co-borrower. Mazgazet A. Zimmerman, as a joint borrower., asserts her
claim for contribution.
3 Decedent was a co-owner of a 2008 Dodge Dakota financed through Santander Consumer with a loan balance of

a Evans v. Ouellet, et al., docketed to Dauphin County Civil Action No. 2011-CV-6609-CV, an action for personal injury
damages allegedly suffered in an accident with the vehicle Mr. Zimmerman was driving as an employee of Autohaus Acquisitions, Inc.,
t/d/b/a Victory Volkswagen. Plaintiffs' claim has been limited by agreement to Mr. Zimmerman's employer's insurance proceeds.

STATEMENT OF PROPOSED DISTRIBUTION
The Accountant proposes to make distribution of the Estate of ARTHUR A.
ZIMMERMAN, as follows
TO: Margaret A. Zimmerman: All administrative costs and joint debts of Decedent were
paid by or assumed by Margaret A. Zimmerman, surviving
spouse. Therefore, the Accountant proposes to transfer any
remaining probate assets to Margaret A. Zimmerman.

MARGARET A. ZIMMERMAN, Administratrix of the Estate of Arthur A. Zimmerman,
deceased, hereby declares under oath that she has fully and faithfully discharged the duties of her
office; that the foregoing First and Final Account is true and correct and fully discloses all
significant transactions occurring during the accounting period; that all known claims against the
Estate have been paid in full; that, to her knowledge, there are no claims outstanding against the
Estate; that all taxes presently due from the Estate have been paid; and that the grant of Letters
Testamentary and the first complete advertisement thereof occurred more than four (4) months
before the filing of the foregoing First and Final Account.
This statement is made subject to penalties of 18 Pa. C.S.A. § 4904 relating to unsworn
falsification to authorities.
