MOTION TO MAKE RULE ABSOLUTE
AND NOW, comes Michael A. Scherer, Esquire, counsel for Michael Looney,
Executor and respectfully represents as follows:
On April 3, 2012, undersigned counsel filed a Petition Under Section 3102
Of the Probate, Estates and Fiduciaries Code For the Settlement Of A SmaIL Estate.
2. On May 24, 2012, the Honorable Christylee L. Peck issued an Order Of
Court directing a:~y interested party to show cause why relief requested should not be
granted.
3. As of August 21, 2012 no creditor or heir has filed an objection to the
entry of the proposed decree settling this estate.
WHEREFORE, undersigned counsel respectfully requests that the Order Of
Court issued on May 24, 2012 be made absolute and Michael Looney as Executor is
authorized to make payment of the administrative expenses from the decedent's
assets.
