STIPULATION FOR ENTRY OF AGREED ORDER
1. Petitioner is Koren Hammons, now known as Koren Sease, an adult individual
who resides at 60 Garden Parkway, Carlisle, Pennsylvania 17013.
2. Respondents are Robert and Linda Kistler, adult individuals who reside at 22
Park Street, Mount Holly Springs, Pennsylvania 17065.
3. Respondent Russell Clavey is an adult individual who resides at 2 West Main
Street, Apartment 2, Newville, Pennsylvania.
4. Petitioner is the natural mother of the minor child, Russell J. Clavey, born
December 14, 1995. Respondent Russell Clavey is the natural father of the minor child.
Respondents Robert and Linda Kistler have stood in loco parentis to the child.
The child was born out of wedlock.
5. A prior Order of Court was entered on October 28, 2000. A copy is attached
hereto as Exhibit "A".
6. Petitioner and Respondents agree that it is in the best interest of the child for
the Court to enter the attached Order of Court as an Order.
WHEREFORE, this ; 1.0 day of u 4s , 2012, Koren Sease, Robert
Kistler, Linda Kistler and Russell Clavey, intending to be legally bound and waiving their
right to be present when this agreement and order are presented and executed, hereby
stipulate and agree that the Court may enter the following order in the above captioned
case:
ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this day of , 2012, based on the
stipulation of the parties, the Court hereby Orders as follows:
1. Petitioner and Respondents Robert Kistler and Linda Kistler shall have shared
legal custody of the minor child, Russell J. Clavey, born December 14, 1995.
2. Petitioner, Koren Sease, shall have primary physical custody of the minor
child.
3. Respondents Robert Kistler and Linda Kistler and Russell Clavey shall have
partial physical custody at times mutually agreeable to the parties.

The parties further agree that in the procuring of this agreement there has been no
fraud, concealment, overreaching, coercion or other unfair dealing by either party.
